Go to Agreement Builder in the top navigation. Fill in your business info, client info, event details, services, and pricing. The agreement updates live in the preview on the right. When ready, hit Print or Download PDF.
Go to Menu Calculator. Step 1: enter your guest count and event type. Step 2: add menu items and their ingredients with costs. Step 3: set your desired profit margin and overhead percentage. The calculator instantly shows your per-person price, break-even point, and projected profit.
Food cost percentage is how much of your revenue goes toward ingredients. The industry standard is 28–35%. If your food cost is too high, your profit margin suffers. The calculator will warn you automatically if your food cost percentage exceeds a healthy range.

Yes! Go to Templates and choose from 10+ pre-built menus including Wedding Buffet, Taco Bar, Corporate Lunch, BBQ Package, and more. Click "Use This Template" to load it directly into the Menu Calculator.
In the Agreement Builder, click the "Print" or "Download PDF" button at the top right. This opens your browser's print dialog. To save as PDF, choose "Save as PDF" from the printer options. The document is formatted to print cleanly on letter-size paper.
The Menu Calculator watches your numbers in real time. Warnings appear when: your price is below break-even, your food cost percentage is too high, your profit margin is below your target, or the quote exceeds the client's stated budget. These help you catch pricing mistakes before committing to a job.
Yes. In the Agreement Builder, scroll to "Agreement Terms." Each clause (Payment Schedule, Cancellation Policy, etc.) can be edited or removed. You can also click "+ Add Clause" to add your own custom sections.
Yes. Both tools auto-save to your browser every 30 seconds, so you won't lose progress if you accidentally close the tab. To permanently save across devices, create a free account and use the Save button.
